About Daniel Meese

I’m a graphic designer and artist who uses paper, ink, code, software and photography to create beautiful, tangible human experiences. I’m a professional problem solver. Currently employed by Alaska Dispatch News, my base of operations is Alaska.

I built this website using the following technologies: Javascript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Google Analytics

This is an ongoing project that serves the purpose of exploring and developing my personal skills and discernment. I’ve been an artist since childhood, and this self-initiated project has given me the opportunity to reawaken that love for art as it applies to design.

Alaska Aviation Legends Magazine

With over forty thousand copies circulated, I had the privilege of working with Alaska Dispatch News on this editorial magazine which honors alaskan aviators. For the 2015 issue, I refreshed the magazine’s brand, typeset the stories, and curated the photos.
